Cam feeder

1,This is the feeder enjoying widest range of application covering thin to thick materials, length from short to long and width from width to narrow.

2, No need of plate thickness adjustment. Feed length can be altered by changing the gear. No skill needed.

Specifications:

1, Intermittent roll feed adopting the cam driving system

2, Feed length is altered by changing 2 to 4 pieces the upper and lower rolls in case of inserting the material

3, The system is driven by lower roll. The upper roll is pressed by the spring

4, Manual change of the air valve is used to release the upper and lower rolls in case of inserting the material

5, Index cams are lubrcated in oil bath and gear system is lubricated automatically.

6. Upper and lower rolls are hard chrome plated.
